HOW DOES JP FIT WORK ?

It takes the guess work out of your workouts! Every Sunday the videos for the week will drop! This will give you an idea of what your workout week will look like and you can work it into your daily do's. The videos are in order from Day1 Day6. Each workout will guide you through the exercises and each daily workout will build upon the previous week. The videos are conducive for neighborhood gym workouts, home gym workouts or on the go vacation workouts.  Where ever your life takes you, JP Fit can go with you.  

 

Yes, it's that simple. Subscribe, Log on, go to VIDEOS and click on "Current Week Videos" and pick "Day 1" to start the week.

And If you want to "freestyle" your workouts and pick random workout videos you can do that too!  

The ultimate goal is to increase strength, endurance, flexibility, and challenge you mentally and physically! ​And we can throw in a little sweat and a few smiles too!
