I create the workouts. I film my workouts then give them to you to do. I am always filming 1 week ahead of what you will be doing under the "Current Workouts" . This gives me the opportunity to assess where we are. I want to take the guess work out of your workouts! All you need to do is complete each workout for the day and leave the rest to me!

Every Sunday evening the videos will be added to the website. This will give you an idea of what your workout week will look like and you can schedule it into your "daily do's". The videos are in order from Day 1 to Day 7. Each workout will guide you through the exercises and each daily workout will build upon the previous week. The videos can be done at a home or a local gym. Where ever you workout, JP Fit can go with you.
